Our neutral and independent emergency call centre provides personal emergency call and out of hours assistance to our partners from various nursing care and health care. Wishes, requirements, and needs of our customers are the core in providing solutions for our partners.

Our multilingual specialists are available around the clock to answer emergency calls and mobilise the necessary Assistance. In 2017 alone, 120,000 emergency calls were answered and over 9,500 interventions organised.
